Ippei-an Ramen & Bar began as a small family-style eatery in 1984. The restaurants have since grown in size and style, but we still serve Hong Kong favourites such as our now famous Champon (pictured left) and homemade gyozas. Since 2005, our customers have been treated to a fantastic addition to our menu; Higomons ramen. This thick, pork (Kumamoto) broth-based ramen compliments our menu perfectly and has been a massive hit with our customers.
